EMPLOYEES OF BURDNARA

WAGES COUNCIL ORDER

19th May, 1967

LEGAL NOTICE 33 of 1967, as amended by Legal Notice 44 of 1968.

The title of this Order is the Employees of Burdnara Wages

Council Order.

There shall be an Employees of Burdnara Wages Council

which shall operate -

(a) for all employees of cargo clearance and burdnara in

any employment relating wholly or mainly to the cargo

clearance and burdnara trades, and

(b) for all employees in any undertaking or part of an

undertaking engaged wholly or mainly in the

clearance, haulage and transport of furniture and other

household effects, and other goods or materials.

This Council shall not operate in respect of employees

whose field of operation falls under any other Wages Council.

Notice of the intention to make this Order was published in

the Gazette of the 21st March, 1967.
