FOOD MANUFACTURE INDUSTRIES

WAGES COUNCIL ORDER

28th September, 1965

LEGAL NOTICE 51 of 1965, as amended by Legal Notice 31 of 1970.

The title of this Order is Food Manufacture Industries Wages

Council Order.

There shall be a Food Manufacture Industries Wages

Council which shall operate for all employees in any undertaking

or part of an undertaking, the activities of which consist wholly or

mainly in the manufacture of foodstuffs, including bakeries, paste

factories, confectioneries and ice-cream factories and of balanced

fodder and other foodstuffs for animal consumption.

The Wages Council shall not operate for employees in

establishments covered by a wages council regulation order already

in existence.

Notice of the intention to make this Order was published in

the Gazette of publication the 25th May, 1965.
