LEGAL NOTICE 433 of 2007.

(1) The title of these regulations is the Extension of

Ap p lica bi lity t o Ser v ice wi th Go v er nm en t (P ar en tal L eav e

Entitlement Regulations and Urgent Family Leave Regulations)

Regulations.

(2) These regulations shall come into force on such date as the

Prime Minister may establish by notice in the Gazette.

Article 10 of the Employment and Industrial Relations Act,

in so far as it is the empowering provision by virtue of which the

Parental Leave (Entitlement) Regulations, and the Urgent Family

Leave Regulations, were issued, shall be applicable to service with

the Government.
