The title of these regulations is the Control of Sale of Boric

Acid in Drugs Regulations.

In these regulations, "to sell" includes to offer, expose,

advertise or keep for sale.

No person may import, manufacture or sell any medicinal

preparation, intended for internal use, containing boric acid or

sodium borate.

No person may sell any medicinal preparation containing

boric acid or sodium borate, intended for external use, unless the

container bears a label, clearly legible, with the words "POISON-

For external use only. Not to be used on skin of infants and children

under three years of age".
