(Levying of Fees) Regulations.

Registration of documents delivered to the Secretary

of the C ooperatives Boa rd in compliance with

Article 29 (1), (2) and ( 3) of the Co-operative

The words used in these regulations shall have the same

meaning as in the Co-operative Societies Act, hereinafter referred

to as “the Act”.

The fees prescribed in the Schedule shall be the fees to be

certificates, copies or extracts under the Act.
