REVERSION OF CERTAIN LANDS ORDER

LEGAL NOTICE 295 of 2025.

The title of this order is the Reversion of Certain Lands

Order.

The property specified in article 3 shall revert to the

person to whom the land belonged, by whatsoever title, as if the

acquisition by virtue of article 5 of the Building Development Areas

Act had never taken place, with effect from 18th June 1985, being the

date on which the land in question was acquired by the Government by

virtue of the said article.

The property to which article 2 refers is the following

A portion of land at Mosta, known as Tal-Blata l-Għolja, having

an area of circa four hundred and ninety-four square metres (494m 2 ),

which portion is bounded from the East, South and West by third party

property, indicated in blue and marked as plot 7_3 on the plan

P.D.234A/88/1 in the Schedule.
