REVERSION OF CERTAIN LANDS ORDER

LEGAL NOTICE 145 of 2018.

(1)

The title of this Order is the Reversion of Certain

Lands Order.

The properties specified in article 3 of this Order shall

revert to the person or persons to whom the land belonged, by

whatsoever title, as if the acquisition by virtue of article 5 of the

Building Development Areas Act * , had never taken place with effect

from the 18th June 1985, on which date the land in question was

acquired by Government in virtue of the said article.

The properties to which article 2 of this Order refers is

the following, that is to say

(i)

a plot of land at Kalkara having an area of circa

139 square meters, bounded on the North by the property of

Family Deguara Caruana Gatto, South and East by

Government Property as indicated edged in blue and marked

as plot ‘A’ on plan P.D. no. 256_87_A_14;

(ii)

a plot of land at Kalkara having an area of circa

23 square meters, bounded on the North and West by the

property of Family Deguara Caruana Gatto and East by

Government property as indicated edged in blue and marked as

plot ’B’ on plan P.D. no. 256_87_A_14;

(iii)

a plot of land at Kalkara having an area of circa

345 square meters, bounded on the East and North East by the

property of Family Deguara Caruana Gatto and the North by

the property of Mr Camilleri and others as indicated edged in

blue and marked as plot ‘C’ on plan P.D. no. 256_87_A_14;

(iv)

a plot of land at Kalkara having an area of circa

1654 square meters, bounded on the North by the property of

Family Deguara Caruana Gatto, East and North West by

Government property as indicated edged in blue and marked as

plot ‘D’ on plan P.D. no. 256_87_A_14.
