Laws of Malta — Subsidiary Legislation 427.6 — DETERGENTS (IMPLEMENTATION) REGULATIONS

(1) The title of these regulations is the Detergents

(Implementation) Regulations.

(2) These regulations implement the provisions of Regulation

(EC) No. 648/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council

of 31st March 2004 on detergents as amended by Regulation (EC)

No. 907/2006 of 20 June 2006.

The Malta Standards Authority shall be the competent

authority within the meaning of Article 8(1) of Regulation (EC)

No. 648/2004.

The information specified in Article 11(2), (3), (4) and (5)

of Regulation (EC) No. 648/2004 must appear in at least one of the
