DOCUMENTS REGULATIONS

LEGAL NOTICE 134 of 2017 .

The title of these regulations is the Fees Payable for Lost

or Destroyed Documents Regulations.

No charge whatsoever shall be imposed upon the first

issuance of the following documents by the International Protection

Agency

(a) an application form;

(b) decision paper;

(c) interview transcript;

(d) asylum seekers’ document;

(e) other paper documents; or

(f) protection certificate (card).

There shall be paid in respect of each item, and under the

conditions outlined below, the following fees

(a) Issue of an application form in replacement of the first

application form which has been lost or destroyed

(b) Issue of a decision paper in replacement of the first

decision paper which has been lost or destroyed

(c) Issue of an interview transcript in replacement of the

first interview transcript which has been lost or

destroyed.................................................................€5

(d) Issue of an asylum seekers’ document in replacement

of the first asylum seekers’ document which has been

lost or destroyed .....................................................€5

(e) Issue of other paper documents in replacement of other

first issued paper documents which have been lost or

destroyed ............................................................... €5
