ORDER OF CESSATION OF EXCLUSIVE

PRIVILEGES ON THE 1st MARCH, 2001

LEGAL NOTICE 46 of 2001.

The title of this Order is the Order of Cessation of

Exclusive Privileges on the 1st March, 2001.

For the purposes of article 44(3) of the Electronic

Communications (Regulation) Act, the 1st March, 2001 has been

appointed as the day when the following exclusive privileges of

running any electronic communications systems or of providing

any electronic communications services as may have been granted

in or under any law, licence, authorization, contract or other

instrument shall cease to exist

All

exclusive

privileges

to

operate

electronic

communications systems and to provide electronic communications

services granted to the company Telepage Limited by virtue of the

Licence Agreements of the 11th day of March of the year one

thousand nine hundred and ninety four (1994) and of the 2nd day of

September of the year one thousand nine hundred and ninety eight (

1998) and of the Agreement of the 31st day of July of the year one

thousand nine hundred and ninety eight ( 1998).
