LEGAL NOTICE 70 of 2024.

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 425 of the

Companies Act, the Minister for the Economy, Enterprise and Strategic

Projects has made the following order for the purpose of lifting the

suspension of the proceedings in terms of the Companies Act

(Suspension of Filing for Dissolution and Winding Up) Regulations.
