LEGAL NOTICE 136 of 1995.

The title of this Directive is Directive by the Minister of

Finance for the Issue of an additional Lm5,500,000 6.5% Malta

Government Stock 2000 (Fourth Issue).

(1) It is hereby authorised that due to oversubscription in

L m 5 , 0 0 0 , 0 0 0 6 .5 % M a l t a G o v e r n m e n t St o c k 2 0 0 0 ( I V ) a n

additional issue of Lm5,500,000 6.5% Malta Government Stock

2000 (IV) be issued thus bringing the amount of 6.5% Malta

Government Stock 2000 (IV) created by means of Legal Notice 115

of 1995 to a total amount of Lm10,500,000.

(2) This additional amount shall be allotted to those applicants

who have already applied to subscribe to this stock by the 26th

September, 1995.
