LEGAL NOTICE 135 of 1995.

The title of this Directive is Directive by the Minister of

Finance for the Issue of an additional Lm7,600,000 6% Malta

Government Stock 1998 (Sixth Issue).

(1) It is hereby authorised that due to oversubscription in

L m 1 0 , 0 0 0 , 0 0 0 6 % M a l t a G o v e r n m e n t St o c k 1 9 9 8 ( V I ) a n

additional issue of Lm7,600,000 6% Malta Government Stock 1998

(VI) be issued thus bringing the amount of 6% Malta Government

Stock 1998 (VI) created by means of Legal Notice 114 of 1995 to a

total amount of Lm17,600,000.

(2) This additional amount shall be allotted to those applicants

who have already applied to subscribe to this stock by the 26th

September, 1995.
