The title of this Notice is Notice for the purposes of the

interpretation of "trader" in the Consumer Affairs Act.

Reg. 2 Corporations considered as traders. — NOTICE FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE INTERPRETATION OF "TRADER" IN THE CONSUMER AFFAIRS ACT Open official source

Each public corporation mentioned hereunder, which is a

corporation which provides goods or services to consumers for a

fee, shall be considered as from the 1st October, 1997 as a trader

for the purposes of the Consumer Affairs Act
