LEGAL NOTICE 61 of 2000.

The title of this Order is the Delegation of Administration

of Council of Europe Gardens G\ira to G\ira Local Council Order.

The land described in article 3 of this Order in terms of the

Lease Agreement for the Administration and Use of Council of

Europe Gardens G\ira by G\ira Local Council signed on the 8th

March, 2000, is hereby being specified for the purposes of the

delegation of functions mentioned in article 33(1)(m) of the Local

Government Act, as form the date of the publication of this Order.

The land referred to in article 2 consists of an area of lands,

shown bordered in red on plan L.D. 185/99 attached to the Lease

Agreement mentioned in article 2.
