LEGAL NOTICE 33 of 2000.

The title of this Order is the Delegation of Administration

of Garden of Serenity to Santa Luċija Local Council Order.

The land described in article 3 of this Order in terms of the

Lease Agreement for the Administration and Use of Garden of

Serenity at Santa Luċija by the Santa Luċija Local Council signed

on the 10th March, 1999, is hereby being specified for the purposes

of the delegation of functions mentioned in article 33(1)(m) of the

Local Government Act, as from the date of the publication of this

Order.

The land referred to in article 2 consists of an area of lands,

including any building thereon, at Santa Lu`ija, shown bordered in

red on plan L.D. 158/81/1 attached to the Lease Agreement

mentioned in article 2.
