LEGAL NOTICE 177 of 2007.

The title of this Order is the Delegation of Administration

of Facilities to Ker`em Local Council Order.

The property described in article 3 of this Order is hereby

being specified for the purposes of the delegation of functions

mentioned in article 33(1)(m) of the Local Government Act, as

from the date of the publication of this order.

The property in the locality of Ker`em referred to in article

2 of the order consists of site in Triq Wenzu Mintoff, Ker`em, as

shown bordered on plan P.D.2005_100 attached to the Lease

Agreement for the Administration and Use of Government Property

in Ker`em, by the Ker`em Local Council, signed by the Director

Land on behalf of the Government of Malta and by the Mayor and

the Executive Secretary of the Ker`em Local Council on the 25th

February, 2007.
