The title of this Order is the Delegation of Administration

of Facilities to Tarxien Local Council Order.

(Article 2)

Description of property

As from 27th February, 2004

The property in the locality of Tarxien referred to in article

2 consists of a public garden, including football ground and public

convenience in Saint Mary Street, Tarxien as shown bordered red

on plan P.D. 132/2000 attached to the Lease Agreement for the

Administration and Use of Public Garden, including football

ground and public convenience in Saint Mary Street, Tarxien, by

the Tarxien Local Council signed by the Director Land on behalf of

the Government of Malta and the Mayor and Executive Secretary of

the Tarxien Local Council on the 25th September, 2003.

As from 7th May, 2004

The property in the locality of Tarxien referred to in article

2 consists of the premises known as Dar tal-Kejka in Xintill Street,

Tarxien as shown bordered red on plan P.D. 144/93/A attached to

the Lease Agreement for the Administration and Use of Premises

known as Dar tal-Kejka, in Xintill Street, Tarxien, by the Tarxien

Local Council signed by the Director Land on behalf of the

Government of Malta and the Mayor and Executive Secretary of the

Tarxien Local Council on the 28th September, 2000.

The properties described in the Schedule are hereby being

specified for the purposes of the delegation of functions mentioned

in article 33(1)(m) of the Local Government Act, as from the dates

therein specified.
