The title of this Order is the Administrative Penalty
(Revision) Order.

In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires, "the
Act" means the Broadcasting Act.

Reg. 3 Revision of administrative penalty. — ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY (REVISION) ORDER

The amount of the administrative penalty of eleven
thousand and six hundred and forty-six euros (11,646) established
in the first proviso to article 41(4)(c) of the Act is hereby being
prescribed by this Order to be read and construed as being an
amount of thirty-four thousand and nine hundred and forty euros
(34,940).
