The title of these regulations is the Fees (Pet
Sitting Accommodations and Pet Boarding Establishments for Cats
and Dogs) Regulations.
The fees listed in the Schedule shall be payable to the
Director responsible for Animal Welfare.
Schedule
(regulation 2)
The applicable fees for the licensing of Pet Boarding
accommodation establishments
(a)
First registration for a Pet Boarding
€800
accommodation establishment
(b)
Renewal of the licence of a Pet
€200
Boarding accommodation establishment holding
ten (10) animals or less
(c)
Renewal of the licence of a Pet
€400
Boarding accommodation establishment holding
more than ten (10) animals
The applicable fees for the registration of Pet Sitting
accommodations
(a)
First registration for a Pet Sitting
€400
accommodation;
(b)
Renewal of the registration of a Pet
€100
Sitting accommodation
