The title of these regulations is the Creativity Trust

(Exemption) Regulations.

Laws of Malta — Subsidiary Legislation 331.4 — CREATIVITY TRUST (EXEMPTION) REGULATIONS

The Trustees of the trust known as the Creativity Trust,

established by the Creativity Trust Order, shall be exempt from the

requirements of articles 43 and 43A of the Trusts and Trustees

Act in accordance with article 57(1)(g) of the same Act.
