MAXIMUM PENSIONABLE INCOME ORDER

1st January, 2005

LEGAL NOTICE 5 of 2007, as amended by Legal Notice 424 of 2007.

The title of this Order is the Maximum Pensionable Income

This order shall be deemed to have come into force with

effect from the 1st January, 2005.

For the purposes of the Social Security Act and the

int erp ret ati on of th e ex pre ssi on "pen sion able in com e", th e

pensionable income shall in no case

(a) exceed fifteen thousand and nine hundred and thirty-

five euros and twenty-four cents (€15,935.24) per

annum with effect from the 1st January, 2005; and

(b) exceed sixteen thousand and two hundred and seven

euros and seventy-eight cents (€16,207.78) per annum

with effect from the 7th January, 2006.
