TRANSFER OF FUNDS (SPECIFIED STATE OWNED

HOSTELS) REGULATIONS

LEGAL NOTICE 112 of 2003.

The title of these regulations is the Transfer of Funds

(Specified State Owned Hostels) Regulations.

In terms of the provisions of article 131(4)(ii) of the Social

Security Act, any rates payable to the Welfare Committee in

accordance with the State-Owned Institutions and Hostels Rates

Regulations in respect of the |ejtun Hostel for the Elderly as

indicated in the Specified State-Owned Institutions and Hostels

Regulations shall be transferred to the Director responsible for the

Elderly and Community Services Department.
