SOCIAL SECURITY (RECIPROCAL AGREEMENT

WITH AUSTRALIA) ORDER

LEGAL NOTICE 97 of 1991.

The title of this Order is the Social Security (Reciprocal

Agreement with Australia) Order.

The provisions contained in the Reciprocal Agreement

signed at Canberra, Australia, on the 15th August, 1990, between

Senator Graham Richardson, Minister for Social Security, on

behalf of the Government of Australia and Dr. Louis Galea,

Minister for Social Policy, on behalf of the Government of Malta,

shall have full force and effect on the 1st July, 1991, and the Social

Security Act shall have effect subject to the modifications required

therein for the purpose of giving effect to those provisions.
