(CONTROL) REGULATIONS

LEGAL NOTICE 22 of 2010.

The title of these regulations is the Products and Smoking

Devices (Simulating Cigarettes or Tobacco) (Control) Regulations.

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires

"the Act" means the Tobacco (Smoking Control) Act;

"tobacco devices" includes any product bearing the name

cigar ette o r to bacco which is intend ed as a su bstitu te to a

conventional tobacco product or smoking requisite and includes

any non-nicotine device, but excludes any pharmaceutical nicotine

delivery devices.

All tobacco devices are to comply with the provisions of

th e Act and an y reg u latio ns m ade ther e u n der in s o f ar as

advertising and smoking in public places are concerned.
