The title of these regulations is the Purchase of Copies of

Tapes (Fees) Regulations.

Laws of Malta — Subsidiary Legislation 284.1 — PURCHASE OF COPIES OF TAPES (FEES) REGULATIONS

A fee of six euros and ninety-nine cents (6.99) shall be

payable to the Registrar of Courts for the purchase of every copy of

an original of a tape on which proceedings have been recorded by

any electro-magnetic means, irrespective of the duration of such

tape.
