The title of these regulations is the Carriage of Goods by

Sea (Exemption) Regulations.

Laws of Malta — Subsidiary Legislation 283.1 — CARRIAGE OF GOODS BY SEA (EXEMPTION) REGULATIONS

The provisions of the Carriage of Goods by Sea

(Regulation) Act shall not apply to

bulk cargo;

goods landed at Malta for oncarriage or transhipment

to another country;

live stock;

fish from fishing vessels.
