In these regulations, unless the context otherwise
requires
"the Act" means the Accountancy Profession Act; and
"the Institute" means the Malta Institute of Accountants.

Reg. 3 Recognition of approved accountancy body. — RECOGNITION OF THE MALTA INSTITUTE OF ACCOUNTANTS REGULATIONS

The Minister for finance hereby recognises the
Malta Institute of Accountants as an approved accountancy body for
accountants in Malta.
(2)
Such recognition shall be for a period of four (4) years.
