The title of this Order is the Housing Authority (Transfer

of Assets) (1986) Order.

Estate known as Plot Nos. 1 to 5 having an area

of approximately 1247 square metres, bounded

on the South, East and West by Government

property;

(ii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 6 to 8 having an area

of approximately 630 square metres, bounded on

the South by Government property, on the East

by property of the Housing Authority and on the

West by Government property;

(iii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 54 to 60 and 64 to 66

having an area of approximately 2266 square

metres, bounded on the North and South by

Government property, on the East partly by

Government property and partly by property of

Albert Micallef and on the West by Government

property.

(b) An area of land forming part of the Birzebbuga (Phase

II) Government Housing Estate, limits of Birzebbuga,

consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot

Nos. 1 to 4 having an area of approximately 768

square metres, bounded on the North, South, East and

West by Government property.

(c) An area of land forming part of the Dingli Government

Housing Estate, limits of Dingli, known as Plot No.

19, having an area approximately of 172.7 square

metres, bounded on the North-West and South-East by

public road and North-East by property of the Housing

Authority.

(d) The following land forming part of Dingli III Housing

area of 2062 square metres approximately,

Government property;

property;

having an area of approximately 3351 square

metres, bounded on the North, South, East and

West by Government property.

(e) The following land forming part of the Fgura

Government Housing Estate, limits of Fgura

(i)

An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 41 and 42 having an

area of approximately 255 square metres,

bounded on the North by property of Francis

Bennetti, South and West by Government

property;

(ii)

An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 60 and 61 having an

area of approximately 369 square metres,

bounded on the North partly by property of the

Housing Authority and partly by property of

Salvatore Tanti, on the South by Government

property and on the East partly by Government

property and partly by property of the Housing

Authority.

(f)

An area of land forming part of Ta’ L-Istabar

Government Housing Estate, limits of Qormi, known

as Plot Nos. 6 to 8 having an area of approximately

820 square metres, bounded on the North, South-East

and on the North-East by Government property.

(g) An area of land forming part of the Nadur Housing

Estate, limits of Nadur, Gozo, known as Plot No. 59

having an area of approximately 280 square metres,

bounded on the North by property of the Housing

Authority, on the South by Government property and

on the West by a public street.

3. With effect from the 26th September, 1986

(a) An area of land forming part of the Gudja (Near

School) Housing Estate, limits of Gudja, having an

area of approximately 225 square metres, which area is

to be additional to Plots Nos. 34 to 44, bounded on the

North by property of the Housing Authority, on the

South, East and West by property of Kirkop Parish

Church.

(b) An area of land forming part of the |urrieq

(Tal-Bebbux) Housing Estate, limits of |urrieq

consisting of plots in the said estate known as Plot No.

13 and an additional area to Plot No. 56 of

approximately 401.5 square metres, which is bounded

on the North-West and South-West by Government

property and South-East by the property of the

Housing Authority.

(c) House numbered 104, Triq Salvu Azzopardi, Housing

Estate, Dingli.

(d) House numbered 37, Ta’ Mliet, Mosta.

(e) Maisonette numbered 13, St. Luke’s Street, Paola.

(f)

Flat numbered 4, Block 3, Luqa Road, Tarxien.

(g) Flat numbered 6, Block E3, Housing Estate, Ta’

Xbiex.

The property described in the Schedule is hereby specified

for the purposes of article 12 of the Housing Authority Act.

The property specified in article 2 shall be transferred and

vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the article aforesaid

with effect from the day specified in the Schedule.
