HOUSING AUTHORITY (TRANSFER OF ASSETS)

The title of this Order is the Housing Authority (Transfer

of Assets) (1984) Order.

1. With effect from the 17th January, 1984

(a) An area of land forming part of the Manikata

Government Housing Estate consisting of the plots in

the said Estate known as Plot Nos. 1 to 12 having an

area of approximately 2230 square metres bounded on

the North, East and West by Government property and

on the South by a public road.

(b) An area of land forming part of the Marsa Government

Housing Estate consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 9 to 11 and 17 and 18

having an area of approximately 1282 square metres

of approximately 141 square metres bounded on the

approximately 2912.6 square metres bounded on the

North-West and South-West by Government property

and on the South-East partly by Government property

and partly by a public lane.

(c) An area of land forming part of the Il-Wil[a

Government Housing Estate, limits of Luqa consisting

of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot Nos. 32 to

43 having an area of approximately 3178 square

metres bounded on the North-East by a public road and

on the South-West and South-East by Government

property.

(d) An area of land forming part of the Tad-Daqqaq

Government Housing Estate, limits of Mosta having an

area of approximately 15.75 square metres which area

is to be additional to Plot No. 1 bounded on the

North-East, South and South-East by Government

property and on the North-West by property of the

Housing Authority.

(e) An area of land forming part of the Qrendi

Government Housing Estate having an area of

approximately 63.37 square metres which area is to be

additional to Plot No. 70 bounded on the North-East

The property specified in article 2 shall be transferred and
