HOUSING AUTHORITY (TRANSFER OF ASSETS)

(1982) ORDER

LEGAL NOTICES 6, 22, 32, 48, 61 and 72 of 1982, consolidated.

The title of this Order is the Housing Authority (Transfer

of Assets) (1982) Order.

1. With effect from the 26th January, 1982

Government Housing Estate, limits of Qormi

(i)

An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plots Nos. 33, 34, 49 and 50

having an area of approximately 1082 square

metres bounded on the North, South and West

by Government property;

(ii)

An area of land consisting of the plots in the said
