The title of this Order is the Housing Authority (Transfer

of Assets) (1981) Order.

bounded on the North and East by a public road and on

the South by Government property.

(c) An area of land forming part of the Xag]ra (Da]la

consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as

3360 square metres bounded on the North-West and

South-East by a public road and on the South by

Government property.

The property described in the Schedule is hereby specified

for the purposes of article 12 of the Housing Authority Act.

The property specified in article 2 shall be transferred and

vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the article aforesaid

with effect from the day specified in the Schedule.

Government Housing Estate, Birkirkara, consisting of

the plots in the said Estate known as Plots Nos. 119

and 120 having an area of approximately 1064 square

metres bounded on the South, East and West by

Government property.

(b) An area of land forming part of the Il-Qasam

tal-Warda Government Housing Estate, Qrendi,

consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as

Plots Nos. 1 to 83 having an area of approximately

25,136 square metres bounded on the North,

North-West and North-East by public roads and on the

South-East, South-West and East by Government

property.

(c) The following land forming part of the Ta’ Kir`ippu

An area of land consisting of the plots in the said
