The title of this Order is the Housing Authority (Transfer

of Assets (2014) Order.

(Article 2)

Description of the property referred to in article 2

and appointed day

1. With effect from the 14th February, 2014

(1) A plot of land known as Plot 6, at Triq l-Istefanotis,

forming part of the San Ġwann Government Housing

Estate, Neighbourhood II, in San Ġwann, having an

area of approximately 125.64 square metres and is

bounded on the South-West by Government property,

on the North-East by property transferred to the

Housing Authority and on the North-West by Triq l-

Istefanotis. The plot is subject to a temporary

emphyteusis of 150 years as per Deed No. 315 dated

the 31st of October, 1970 in the acts of Notary

A.Grech. The plot falls on part of Government

property bearing number 51328 and is registered in the

Estate Management Directorate records as Tenement

No. 65536 and is shown edged red and marked “Plot

6” on plan L.D. 128_80_33 (HAP 3/2013).

(2) A plot of land known as Plot 15, in Triq il-Gladjoli,

forming part of the San Ġwann Government Housing

Estate, Neighbourhood II, in San Ġwann, having an

area of approximately 128.87 square metres and is

bounded on the South and on the North-East by

property transferred to the Housing Authority and on

the South-East by Triq il-Gladjoli. The plot is subject

to a perpetual emphyteusis as per Deed dated the 2nd

of December, 1981. The plot falls on part of

Government property bearing number 51328 and is

registered in the Estate Management Directorate

records as Tenement No. 41606, and is shown edged

red and marked “Plot 15” on plan L.D. 128_80_33

(HAP 4/2012).

(3) A plot of land known as Plot 32 (89), in Triq il-

Gladjoli, forming part of the San Ġwann Government

Housing Estate, Neighbourhood II, in San Ġwann,

having an area of approximately 128.40 square metres

and is bounded on the North- East and on the South-

West by property transferred to the Housing Authority

and on the North-West by Triq il-Gladjoli. The plot is

subject to a temporary emphyteusis of 150 years as per

Deed No. 168/69 dated the 30th of May, 1969 in the

acts of Notary A. Grech. The plot falls on part of

Government property bearing number 51328 and is

registered in the Estate Management Directorate

records as Tenement No. 65536 and is shown edged

red on plan L.D. 128_80_32 (HAP 10/2012).

(4) A plot of land known as Plot (P.21) No. 3, in Triq iz-

Zinja in Santa Lucija, having an area of approximately

123 square metres and is bounded on the North-East

and on the North-West by property transferred to the

Housing Authority and on the South-West by Triq iz-

Zinja. The plot is subject to a temporary emphyteusis

for a period of 150 years as per Deed No. 361/66 dated

the 26th of November, 1966 in the acts of Notary A.

Attard and as per Deed No. 16/73 dated the 27th of

January, 1973 in the acts of Notary A. Grech. The plot

falls on part of Government property acquired by Deed

No. 348 dated the 31st of October, 1959 in the acts of

Notary A. Attard and by Deed No. 16/73 dated the

27th of January, 1979 in the acts of Notary A. Grech

and is registered in the Estate Management Directorate

records as Tenement No. 64629 and is shown edged in

red and marked “(P.21) No. 3” on plan L.D. 11/82/70

(HAP 2/2013).

(5) A plot of land known as Plot 11, in Triq l-Oleandri in

Santa Lucija, having an area of approximately 159.42

square metres and is bounded on the North-East by

Triq l-Oleandri, on the South-West and on the North-

West by Government property. The plot is subject to a

temporary emphyteusis for a period of 150 years as per

Deed No. 151/63 dated the 28th of June, 1963 in the

acts of Notary A. Attard. The plot falls on Government

property acquired by Deed No. 96/61 dated the 29th of

April, 1961 in the acts of Notary H. Borg and by Deed

No. 388/59 dated the 21st of November, 1959 in the

acts of Notary A. Attard and is registered in the Estate

Management Directorate records as Tenement No.

64619 and is shown edged in red on plan L.D.

(6) A plot of land known as Plot 86, in Triq il-Ħamrija,

forming part of the Tal-Ħamrija Government Housing

Estates, limits of Xewkija in Gozo, having an area of

approximately 175.64 square metres and is bounded on

the North-West by property of Mr. Paul Attard, on the

South-West by Triq il-Ħamrija and on the South-East

by property of Mr. Carmel Xuereb. The plot is subject

to a perpetual emphyteusis as per Deed dated 1st of

April, 1976 in the acts of Notary J. Busuttil. The plot

is registered in the Gozo Department property records

as Fixed 1296 and is shown edged in red and marked

“86” on plan L.D. 19/97 (HAP 693/96, HAP 7/2013).

(7) House numbered 1, Block L, Triq ir-Rand, San Ġwann

(Tenement No. 67350 - HA 122/99).

2. With effect from the 24th April, 2014

(1) A block, known as Block A consisting of eighteen

flats, of which three are being excluded from the

transfer as they were already transferred by a previous

legal notice, at Ta’ Paris Housing Estate, Birkirkara.

This block is bounded on the North-East and on the

South-East by a public open space and on the North-

West by Triq G. Grech Delicata. Flats numbered 1 to 8

are registered with the Government as Tenements

bearing numbers 68010 to 68017, flats numbered 11 to

15 are registered with the Government as Tenements

bearing numbers 68020 to 68024 and flats numbered

17 and 18 are registered with the Government as

Tenements bearing numbers 68026 and 68027. This

block falls on Government property formerly

registered as part of Tenement 51057 and the whole

block is shown edged in red and marked “Block A” on

plan P.D. 2013_726. (HAA 176/2013).

(2) A block, known as Block B consisting of sixteen flats,

of which two are being excluded from the transfer as

they were already transferred by a previous legal

notice, and including surrounding gardens and

passages leading to the block, at Ta’ Paris Housing

Estate, Birkirkara. This block is bounded on the South-

East by Triq il-Qattus and on the North-East and on the

South-West by a public passage. Flats numbered 1 to 9

are registered with the Government as Tenements

bearing numbers 67994 to 68002, flats numbered 11 to

14 are registered with the Government as Tenements

bearing numbers 68004 to 68007 and flat numbered 16

is registered with the Government as Tenement No.

68009. This block falls on Government property

formerly registered as part of Tenement 51057 and the

whole block is shown edged in red and marked “Block

B” on plan P.D. 2013_725. (HAA 179/2013, HAA 180/

2013).

(3) A block, known as Block C1 consisting of sixteen

flats, of which one is being excluded from the transfer

as it was already transferred by a previous legal notice,

and including surrounding gardens and passages

leading to the block, at Ta’ Paris Housing Estate,

Birkirkara. This block is bounded on the North-East by

Triq Fonsu Marija Galea, on the South-East by Triq il-

Qattus and on the North-West by a public passage.

Flats numbered 1 to 11 are registered with the

Government as Tenements bearing numbers 67190 to

67199 and flats numbered 13 to 16 are registered with

the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 67201

to 67204. This block falls on Government property

formerly registered as part of Tenement 51057 and the

whole block is shown edged in red and marked “Block

C1” on plan P.D. 2013_732. (HAA 181/2013, HAA

182/2013).

(4) A block, known as Block C3 consisting of eleven flats,

of which five flats are being excluded from the transfer

as they were already transferred by a previous legal

notice, at Ta’ Paris Housing Estate, Birkirkara. This

block is bounded on the North-East by Triq Fonsu

Marija Galea, on the South-East by Triq Olaf Gollcher

and on the South-West by a public passage. Flats

numbered 1 to 6 are registered with the Government as

Tenements bearing numbers 66964 to 66969, flats

numbered 8 and 9 are registered with the Government

as Tenements bearing numbers 66971 and 66972, flat

numbered 11 is registered with the Government as

Tenement No. 66974, flat numbered 13 is registered

with the Government as Tenement No. 66976 and flat

numbered 16 is registered with the Government as

Tenement No. 66979. This block falls on Government

property formerly registered as part of Tenement

51057 and the whole block is shown edged in red and

marked “Block C3” on plan P.D. 2013_742. (HAA

(5) Two blocks, known as Block 12 and Block 13 forming

part of the Hubbard Flats, Government Housing Estate

in Triq Alessandra, Bormla and these blocks fall on

Government property acquired from the War

Department by Deed dated the 21st of March, 1931

and are shown edged in red and marked “Block 12”

and “Block 13” on plan P.D. 2013_714 as follows

(a) Block 12 consists of six flats, of which two are

being excluded from the transfer as they were

already transferred by a previous legal notice,

including back gardens but excluding the

subsoil. This block is bounded on the North-

West and on the South-West by a public passage

and on the South-East by Triq Alessandra. Flat

numbered 1 is registered as Tenement No. 62371

and flats numbered 4 to 6 are registered as

Tenements bearing numbers 62374 to 62376

(HAA 22/2013); and

(b) Block 13 consists of six flats, including back

gardens but excluding the subsoil. This block is

bounded on the North-West by a public passage,

on the North-East by Triq Rikkardu Taylor and

on the South-East by Triq Alessandra. Flats

numbered 1 to 6 are registered as Tenements

bearing numbers 62377 to 62382. (HAA 23/

2013).

(6) A block, known as Block Q consisting of eight flats, of

which one is being excluded from the transfer as it was

already transferred by a previous legal notice,

including a passage leading to the block and front and

back gardens but excluding the subsoil at tar-Rabbat

Housing Estate in Triq Wenzinu Mifsud Bonnici,

Ħamrun. This block is bounded on the North-East by

Triq Wenzinu Mifsud Bonnici, on the South-West by

an open space and on the South-East by Government

property. Flats numbered 1 to 6 are registered as

Tenements bearing numbers 69028 to 69033 and flat

numbered 8 is registered as Tenement No. 69035. This

block falls on Government property acquired by

President’s Declaration No. 116 dated the 3rd of

February, 2005 and the whole block is shown edged in

red and marked as “Block Q” on plan P.D. 2013_745.

(7) A block, known as Block A consisting of six flats, of

which one is being excluded from the transfer as it was

already transferred by a previous legal notice,

including a passage leading to the block and front and

back gardens, in Triq is-Sibi, Kalkara. This block is

bounded on the North-West, South-West and on the

North-East by a public open space. Flats numbered 1

to 3 are registered as Tenements bearing numbers

72875 to 72877 and flats numbered 5 and 6 are

registered as Tenements bearing numbers 72879 and

72880. This block falls on Government property

formerly part of ex-services property 16345 and the

whole block is shown edged in red and marked as

“Block A” on plan P.D. 2013_645. (HAA 239/2012).

(8) A block, known as Block B consisting of six flats,

including a passage leading to the block and front and

back gardens, in Triq is-Sibi, Kalkara. This block is

bounded on the North-West and South-West by a

public open space and on the South-East by a public

passage. Flats numbered 1 to 6 are registered as

Tenements bearing numbers 72881 to 72886. This

block falls on Government property formerly part of

ex-services property 16345 and the whole block is

shown edged in red and marked as “Block B” on plan

P.D. 2013_647. (HAA 240/2012).

(9) A block, known as Block C consisting of six flats,

including a passage leading to the block and front and

back gardens, in Triq is-Sibi, Kalkara. This block is

bounded on the North-West and South-West by a

public open space and on the South-East by a public

passage. Flats numbered 1 to 6 are registered as

Tenements bearing numbers 72887 to 72892. This

block falls on Government property formerly part of

ex-services property 16345 and the whole block is

shown edged in red and marked as “Block C” on plan

P.D. 2013_648. (HAA 241/2012).

(10) Two blocks, known as Wilfred’s Flats Block 1 and

Ray’s Flats Block 2 in Triq l-Isptar Navali, Kalkara

and these blocks fall on Government property formerly

part of ex-services property 16345 and are shown

edged in red and marked “Wilfred’s Flats Block 1” and

“Ray’s Flats Block 2” on plan P.D. 2013_692 as

follows

(a) Wilfred’s Flats Block 1 consists of eight flats,

including a passage leading to the block and

front and back gardens and is bounded on the

North-West and South-West by Triq il-Marina

and on the North-East by Triq l-Isptar Navali.

Flats numbered 1 to 8 are registered as

Tenements bearing numbers 75123 to 75130

(HAA 244/2012); and

(b) Ray’s Flats Block 2 consists of six flats and one

site, of which one is being excluded from the

transfer as it was already transferred by a

previous legal notice, including a passage

leading to the block and front and back gardens.

This block is bounded on the North-West and on

the North-East by a public passage and on the

South-West by Triq l-Isptar Navali. Flats

numbered 2 to 6 are registered as Tenements

bearing numbers 75132 to 75136 and the site is

registered as Tenement No. 96344. (HAA 245/

2012).

(11) A block, known as Block 2, Entrances D, E and F in

Triq il-Villa tal-Ammiral, Triq l-Għassiela and Triq is-

Salvatur, Kalkara and is bounded on the North-West by

Triq l-Għassiela, on the South-West by Triq il-Villa

tal-Ammirall and on the North-East by Triq tas-

Salvatur. This block falls on Government property

formerly part of ex-services property 16533 and is

shown edged in red and marked “Block 2” on plan P.D.

2013_676 as follows

(a) Entrance D consists of four flats and a site, of

which one is being excluded from the transfer as

it was already transferred by a previous legal

notice, including surrounding gardens. Flat

numbered 1 is registered with the Government

as Tenement No. 76640, flats numbered 3 and 4

are registered with the Government as

Tenements bearing numbers 76642 and 76643;

(b) Entrance E consists of eight flats and a site, of

which two are being excluded from the transfer

as they were already transferred by a previous

legal notice, including surrounding gardens.

Flats numbered 1 to 3 are registered with the

Government as Tenements bearing numbers

76644 to 76646, flat numbered 5 is registered

with the Government as Tenement No. 76648

and flats numbered 7 and 8 are registered with

the Government as Tenements bearing numbers

76650 and 76651; and

(c) Entrance F consists of four flats, of which one is

being excluded from the transfer as it was

already transferred by a previous legal notice.

Flat numbered 1 is registered with the

Government as Tenement No. 76652 and flats

numbered 3 and 4 are registered with the

Government as Tenements bearing numbers

(12) A block, known as Block F consisting of nine flats, of

which two are being excluded from the transfer as they

were already transferred by a previous legal notice,

including a passage leading to the block in Triq il-Jum,

Marsa. This block is bounded on the North-West,

South-West and the South-East by public open spaces.

Flat numbered 1 is registered with the Government as

Tenement No. 71032, flats numbered 3 and 4 are

registered with the Government as Tenements bearing

numbers 71034 and 71035 and flats numbered 6 to 9

are registered with the Government as Tenements

bearing numbers 71037 to 71040. This block falls on

Government property acquired by Deed No. 51/82 in

the records of Notary A. Grech and the whole block is

shown edged in red and marked “Block F” on plan

P.D. 2013_631. (HAA 66/2011).

(13) A block, known as Block G consisting of six flats, of

which three are being excluded from the transfer as

they were already transferred by a previous legal

notice, including a front garden in Triq il-Jum, Marsa.

This block is bounded on the South-East by Triq il-

Jum, on the North-East by a public passage and on the

South-West in part by a public passage and in part by

Government property. Flat numbered 1 is registered

with the Government as Tenement No. 71023, flats

numbered 3 to 5 are registered with the Government as

Tenements bearing numbers 71025 to 71027, flat

numbered 7 is registered with the Government as

Tenement No. 71029 and flat numbered 9 is registered

with the Government as Tenement No. 71031. This

block falls on Government property acquired by Deed

No. 51/82 dated the 17th of February, 1982 and by

Deed No. 48/80 dated the 26th of March, 1980 both in

the acts of Notary A. Grech and the whole block is

shown edged in red and marked “Block G” on plan

P.D. 2013_650. (HAA120/2013).

(14) A block, known as Block O consisting of three flats,

one garage and one shop, of which one is being

excluded from the transfer as it was already

transferred by a previous legal notice and including a

passage leading to the block in Triq il-Jum, Marsa.

This block is bounded on the South-East by Triq

Xemxija, on the North-East by Government property

and on the South-West by Triq San Franġisk. Flats

numbered 2 and 3 are registered with the Government

as Tenements bearing numbers 71307 and 71309, the

shop is registered with the Government as Tenement

No. 72153 and the garage is registered with the

Government as Tenement No. 72154. This block falls

on Government property acquired by Deed No. 119/79

dated the 6th of June 1979 in the acts of Notary A.

Grech and the whole block is shown edged in red and

marked “Block O” on plan P.D. 2013_634. (HAA 14/

2013).

(15) A block, known as Block W consisting of six flats and

including surrounding gardens and passages leading to

the block in Triq il-Jum, Marsa. This block is bounded

on the North-West in part by a public passage and in

part by a public open space, on the South-West by Triq

il-Jum and on the South-East by Government property.

Flats numbered 1 to 6 are registered with the

Government as Tenements 74007 to 74012. This block

falls on Government property acquired by Deed No.

41/80 dated the 19th of March, 1980 in the acts of

Notary A. Grech and the whole block is shown edged

in red and marked “Block W” on plan P.D. 2013_633.

(16) Two blocks, know as Block R and Block U in Triq

Azzopardi, Marsa, bounded on the North-West by Triq

Azzopardi, on the South-East and on the South West

by property owned by the Government or its

successors in title and are shown edged in red and

marked “Block R” and “Block U” on plan P.D.

2013_618, as follows

(a) Block R consists of six flats, of which three are

being excluded from the transfer as they were

already transferred by a previous legal notice

and including a passage leading to the block.

Flats numbered 1 and 2 are registered with the

Government as Tenements bearing numbers

71528 and 71529 and flat numbered 5 is

registered with the Government as Tenement

No. 71532. This block falls on Government

property acquired by Deed No. 192/84 dated the

7th of March, 1984 in the acts of Notary F.

Portelli and by Deed No. 119/79 dated the 6th of

June, 1979 in the acts of Notary A. Grech; and

(b) Block U consists of six flats, of which two are

being excluded from the transfer as they were

already transferred by a previous legal notice

and including a passage leading to the block.

No. 71331. This block falls on Government

property acquired by Deed No. 192/84 dated the

7th of March, 1984 in the acts of Notary F.

(17) A block, known as Block A1 consisting of seven flats,

of which two are being excluded from the transfer as

they were already transferred by a previous legal

notice, in Triq is-Sifa, Mellieħa. This block is bounded

on the South-West by a public open space, on the

North-East by Triq is-Sifa and on the North-West by

Triq il-Muna. Flats numbered 2 to 6 are registered with

the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 69290

to 69294. This block falls on Government property

formerly registered as part of Tenement 50222 port. 14

and the whole block is shown edged in red and marked

“Block A1” on plan P.D. 2014_182. (HAA 205/2013).

(18) A block, known as Block A4 consisting of six flats, of

which four are being excluded from the transfer as

they were already transferred by a previous legal

notice, and including a passage leading to the block

and front and back gardens in Triq il-Gzari, Mosta.

This block is bounded on the East by Triq il-Gzari, on

the West by a public passage and on the South by Triq

l-Istiratur. Flats numbered 4 and 5 are registered with

the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 70785

and 70786. This block falls on Government property

acquired by Deed No. 91/75 dated the 26th of March,

1975 in the acts of Notary A. Grech and the whole

block is shown edged in red and marked “Block A4”

on plan P.D. 2013_690. (HAA 52/2013).

(19) A block, known as Block A5 consisting of six flats, of

which two are being excluded from the transfer as they

were already transferred by a previous legal notice,

and including surrounding gardens and passages

leading to the block in Triq il-Gzari, Mosta. This block

is bounded on the West by Triq il-Gzari, on the North

and on the South by a public passage. Flat numbered 1

is registered with the Government as Tenement No.

70788 and flats numbered 3 to 5 are registered with the

Government as Tenements bearing numbers 70790 to

70792. This block falls on Government property

acquired by Deed No. 91/75 dated the 26th of March,

1975 and by Deeds bearing numbers 6/75 and 7/75

dated the 15th of January, 1975 in the acts of Notary

A. Grech and the whole block is shown edged in red

(20) A block, known as Block C2 consisting of six flats, of

which three are being excluded from the transfer as

they were already transferred by a previous legal

This block is bounded on the West by Triq il-Planec,

on the North by Triq l-Istiratur and on the South by a

public passage. Flats numbered 4 to 6 are registered

with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers

72388 to 72390. This block falls on Government

property acquired by Deed No. 7/75 dated the 15th of

January, 1975 in the acts of Notary A. Grech and the

whole block is shown edged in red and marked “Block

(21) A block, known as Block D1 consisting of twelve

flats, of which four are being excluded from the

transfer as they were already transferred by a previous

legal notice, and including a passage leading to the

block and surrounding gardens in Triq il-Gradiljoli,

Mosta. This block is bounded on the West by Triq il-

Gradiljoli, on the North by Triq l-Istiratur and on the

South by a public passage. Flats numbered 1 to 3

Entrance A are registered with the Government as

numbered 5 and 6 Entrance A are registered with the

(22) A block, known as Block F1 consisting of six flats, of

which three are being excluded from the transfer as

they were already transferred by a previous legal

notice, and including a passage leading to the block

and surrounding gardens in Triq in-Nasba, Mosta. This

block is bounded on the North-East by Triq it-

Trincetta, on the North-West by a public road and on

the South-East by Triq in-Nasba. Flats numbered 1 and

2 are registered with the Government as Tenements

bearing numbers 71480 and 71481 and flat numbered 6

is registered with the Government as Tenement No.

71485. This block falls on Government property

acquired by Deed No. 7/75 dated the 15th of January

in the acts of Notary A. Grech and the whole block is

(23) A block, known as Block F5 consisting of twelve flats,

of which five are being excluded from the transfer as

they were already transferred by a previous legal

notice, and including a passage leading to the block

and surrounding gardens in Triq il-Kultellazz, Mosta.

This block is bounded on the South-East by Triq il-

Kultellazz, on the North-East by Triq it-Trincetta and

on the North-West by a public passage. Flats numbered

3 to 6 Entrance A are registered with the Government

as Tenements bearing numbers 71506 to 71509, flat

numbered 2 Entrance B is registered with the

Government as Tenement No. 71511 and flats

numbered 5 and 6 Entrance B are registered with the

(24) A block, known as Block G4 consisting of six flats and

one site and including a passage leading to the block

and front and back gardens in Triq it-Trincetta, Mosta.

The block is bounded on the West and on the South by

a public passage and on the North by Triq it-Trincetta.

Flats numbered 1 to 6 are registered with the

Government as Tenements bearing numbers 72367 to

72372 and the site is registered with the Government

as Tenement No. 53030. This block falls on

Government property acquired by Deed No. 7/75 dated

the 15th of January in the acts of Notary A. Grech and

the whole block is shown edged in red and marked

(25) Two blocks, know as Block 4 and Block 7 in Vjal in

Naspli and Triq il-Buganvilla, San Gwann and both

North-West by Triq San Franġisk, on the South-West

the underlying property in Triq Pietru Floriani,

The property described in the Schedule is hereby specified

for the purpose of article 12 of the Housing Authority Act.

The property specified in article 2 shall be transferred and

vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the article aforesaid

with effect from the day specified in the Schedule.

With effect from the 4th July, 2014

(1) The right of use of a driveway underlying Clock Tower

Block T1, Sliema. This driveway is bounded on all

sides by property of MIDI plc. and forms part of a

larger driveway which gives vehicular access to the

basement underlying the entire Tigne Point project.

The right of use to be transferred is not to be exclusive

and the Government and MIDI plc are retaining the

(1) A block, known as Block C, consisting of nine flats

that are registered with the Government as Tenements

This block is bounded on the North-East by Triq San

71385 respectively, flats numbered 12 and 13 are

registered with the Government as Tenements bearing

numbers 71387 and 71388 respectively and flats

numbered 15 and 16 are registered with the

Government as Tenements bearing numbers 71390 and

71391 respectively. This block falls on Government

property acquired by Deed No. 181/70 dated 27th June

1970 and by Deed No. 21/81 dated 18th February

1981, both in the acts of Notary A. Grech and the

whole block is shown edged in red on plan P.D.

(14) A block, known as Sacred Heart consisting of two flats

and three garages in Triq il-Qalb ta’ Ġesu, St. Paul’s

Bay and were acquired by the Government by Deed

No. 226 dated 2nd October 2012 in the acts of Notary

Jospeh Henry Saydon, as follows

(a) flats numbered 3 and 5 are registered with the

Government as Tenements bearing numbers

J20925 and J20926 respectively and are both

accessible from common areas at ground floor

and first floor as shown in yellow on plan P.D.

(15) A block, known as Block H consisting of sixteen flats

of which one is being excluded from the transfer as it

was already transferred by a previous legal notice, in

Triq il-Lellux, Santa Luċija. This block is bounded on

the North-East by Triq il-Lellux, on the South-West by

Triq l-Għansar and on the South-East by Triq Maria de

Dominicis. Flat numbered 1 is registered with the

Government as Tenement No. 68344 and flats

numbered 3 to 16 are registered with the Government

as Tenements bearing numbers 68346 to 68359. This

block falls on Government property acquired by Deed

No. 91/97 dated 10th August 1978 in the acts of

Notary A. E. Borg Barthet and the whole block is

shown edged in red and marked “Block H” on plan

P.D. 2014_430. (HAA 35/2014, HAA 36/2014).

(16) A block, known as Block A, Doors A and B consisting

of sixteen flats of which three are being excluded from

the transfer as they were already transferred by a

previous legal notice, in Triq it-Tursin il-Bir, Santa

Luċija. This block is bounded on the North-West by

Triq il-Peprin, on the South-West by Triq it-Tursin il-

Bir and on the North-East by Triq Inez Soler. Flats

numbered 1 to 3, Door A, are registered with the

Government as Tenements bearing numbers 66577 to

66579, flats numbered 5 to 8, Door A, are registered

with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers

66581 to 66584, flats numbered 9 to 13, Door B, are

registered with the Government as Tenements bearing

numbers 66585 to 66589 and flat numbered 16 is

registered with the Government as Tenement No.

66592. This block falls on Government property

acquired by Deed No. 136/61 dated 2nd September

1961 and on land which was formerly part of a public

passage and the whole block is shown edged in red and

marked “Block A” on plan P.D. 2013_606. (HAA 57/

2009, HAA 128/2014).

(17) A block, known as Block C1 consisting of eight flats

of which five are being excluded from the transfer as

they were already transferred by a previous legal

notice, in Triq il-Prinċipessa Margerita, Ta’ Xbiex.

This block is bounded on the East by Triq il-Kosbor,

on the North by Triq il-Prinċipessa Margerita and on

the West by Government property. Flats numbered 4, 6

and 8 are registered with the Government as

Tenements bearing numbers 69195, 69197 and 69199

respectively. This block falls on Government property

acquired by Deed No. 52/78/G dated 15th March 1978

in the acts of Notary A. Grech and the whole block is

shown edged in red and marked “Blk C1” on plan P.D.

Both blocks fall on Government property formerly part

of Tenement No. 51340 and are shown edged in red

and marked “Block A” and “Block C” on plan P.D.

being excluded from the transfer as they were

already transferred by a previous legal notice,

and is bounded on the North-West by Triq

Annetto Caruana, on the South-West by Triq

Ġananton Tanti and on the South-East by an

open space. Flats numbered 5 and 8 are

registered with the Government as Tenements

bearing numbers 70263 and 70266 respectively;

and

(b) Block C consists of eight flats of which five are

being excluded from the transfer as they were

already transferred by a previous legal notice,

and is bounded on the South-West by Triq

Ġananton Tanti and on the North-West and on

the South-East by an open space. Flats

numbered 1, 5 and 6 are registered with the

Government as Tenements bearing numbers

70275, 70279 and 70280 respectively. (HAA 20/

(19) A plot of land known as Plot 143 and a site in Triq il-

Ward, Żabbar and falls on part of Government

property formerly p/o Tenement No. 50786 port 16th,

as follows

(a) Plot 143 has an area of approximately 168.58

square metres and is bounded on the South by

Triq il-Ġiżimina, on the West by Triq il-Ward

HOUSING AUTHORITY (TRANSFER OF ASSETS) (2014)

and on the North by property transferred to the

Housing Authority. This plot is subject to a

perpetual empyhteusis as per Deed No. 342/79/P

dated 11th September 1979 in the acts of Notary

F. Pellegrini. This plot is registered in the Estate

Management Directorate records as Tenement

No. 40958 and is shown edged in red and

marked “P. 143” on plan L.D. 37/81/36; and

(b) the site located behind Plot 143 has an area of

approximately 35 square metres and is bounded

on the South by Triq il-Ġiżimina, on the West by

Plot 143 and on the North by property

transferred to the Housing Authority. This site is

subject to a perpetual empyhteusis as per Deed

No. 96 dated 4th June 2003 in the acts of Notary

V. Miceli. This site is registered in the Estate

Management Directorate records as Tenement

No. 42027 and is shown edged in red and

marked “G” on plan L.D. 37/81/36. (HAP 3/

2012).

(20) A block, known as Block B1 consisting of six flats of

which four are being excluded from the transfer as

they were already transferred by a previous legal

notice, in Triq Ġanni Bonnici, Żebbuġ. This block is

bounded on the North-East by an open space, on the

West by Triq Ġanni Bonnici and on the South-East by

a public passage. Flats numbered 2 and 6 are

registered with the Government as Tenements bearing

numbers 72021 and 72025 respectively. This block

falls on Government property acquired by Deed No.

67/79 dated 28th March 1978 in the acts of Notary A.

Grech and the whole block is shown edged in red and

marked “BLOCK B1” on plan P.D. 2014_73. (HAA
