(1980) ORDER

The title of this Order is the Housing Authority (Transfer

of Assets) (1980) Order.

Government Housing Estate

(i)

An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

area of approximately 3719 square metres

bounded on the North West by a proposed new

street, on the South-East by an unnamed public

street, and on the North-East and South-West by

two proposed new streets.

(ii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

area of approximately 1857 square metres

bounded on the North-West and South-East by

Government property and on the North-East and

approximately 135 square metres bounded on the

Estate known as Plot No. 86 having an area of

approximately 152 square metres bounded on the

South-East by a proposed public street, on the

North-East partly by properties of Mr Emanuel

An area of land consisting of the plot in the said

Estate known as Plot No. 48 having an area of

approximateIy 190 square metres bounded on

the North-East partly by an unnamed public

street and partly by property of Mr Emanuel

Michael Farrugia and on the South-East by an

unnamed public street.

(i)

An area of land at the Safi Government Housing Estate

consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as

(n) An area of land at the Xewkija Government Housing

13339 square metres bounded on the North, East and

An area of land consisting of the plot in the said

approximately 316 square metres bounded on

the North and West by Giacomo Matteotti Street

and on the South by property of the Housing

Authority;

(ii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plots Nos. 46 and 47 having an

area of approximately 491 square metres

bounded on the North partly by Giacomo

Matteotti Street and partly by Bastion Street, on

the South and West by Government property and

on the East by Bastion Street;

approximately 256 square metres bounded on the

South by Mater Boni Consiglii Street, on the

East by Government property and on the

North-West by a public street;

(iv) An area of land consisting of the plot in the said

The property described in the Schedule is hereby specified

for the purposes of article 12 of the Housing Authority Act.

The property specified in article 2 shall be transferred and

vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the article aforesaid

with effect from the day specified in the Schedule.
