The property described in the Schedule is hereby specified

for the purpose of article 12 of the Housing Authority Act.

The property specified in article 2 shall be transferred and

vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the article aforesaid

with effect from the day specified in the Schedule.

Site A, having an area of approximately 2,092

square metres, bounded on the North by Triq l-

Isqof S. Gaffiero, on the South by Triq Giovanni

Gafà, and on the West by Triq tal-{onna, which

land formed part of Government land acquired

in virtue of deed No. 137/96 dated 24th July,

1996, in the records of Notary Vincent Miceli;

(b) a plot of land shown marked B and known as

Site B, having an area of approximately 3,011
