The title of this Order is the Housing Authority (Transfer

of Assets (2003) Order.

1. With effect from the 10th January, 2003

(1) A plot of land having an area of approximately 133.5

square metres, known as Plot No. 47, and a site having

an area of approximately 6 square metres, known as

Site F, in and behind Triq Xandru D’Amato

respectively, and forming part of the Nigret

Government Housing Estate, limits of |urrieq, both

being bounded on the North by Triq Xandru D’Amato,

on the South by public passage, and on the East by

property of Edward Farrugia, on which are built

premises bearing number 47, known as “Devona”, Triq

Xandru D’amato, |urrieq and which are edged red and

marked P. 47 and Site F on L.D. 198/81/17. (HAP 3/

(2) The full ownership of a plot of land having an area of

approximately 560 square metres known as Plots 138,

139 and 140 Tas-Salib, Triq Dun {or[ Fenech, Qormi.

This land is bounded on the West by Triq Dun {or[

Fenech, on the South by Joint Office property, and on

the East by properties of Nicolina Attard et, and which

(3) The full ownership of a plot of land having an area of

approximately 190 square metres known as Plot 13,

Tal-Qasbija, Birkirkara. This land is bounded on the

North-East and on the South-West by Joint Office

properties, and on the South-East by Triq Ganu, and

which is edged in red on Plan no. 49651. (JO no.

(4) A plot of land having an area of approximately 430

square metres known as Tat-Torri, limits of San

Lawrenz, Gozo. This land is bounded on the North-

West by Triq il-{ebla tal-{eneral, and on the South-

East and South-West by Joint Office property, and

which is edged in red on Plan no. 59725. (JO no. T/

2. With effect from the 5th February, 2003

and common area at Site F, Pembroke, which block is

shown edged red on P.D. 148/99/4, as follows

The said 24 maisonettes are numbered 1 to 24 as

appearing on the said Plan in such manner that -

(a) maisonettes having number 1 and 15 to 24 are all

accessible from a separated entrance and bearing

numbers 1 and 15 to 24, from Triq in

Normandija;

(b) maisonettes having number 3 to 13 are all

accessible from a separated entrance and bearing

numbers 3 to 13, from a public open space;

(c) maisonette having number 2 is accessible from a

separated entrance and bearing number 2, from a

public open space; and

(d) maisonette having number 14 is accessible from

a separated entrance and bearing number 14,

from a public open space.

The said 52 garages are numbered 1 to 52 in such

manner that -

(a) garages having number 1 to 51 underlying the

said maisonettes as appearing on the said Plan

are all accessible from a common entrance

having a separated entrance and bearing

numbers 1 to 51; and

(b) a garage at ground floor level is accessible from

a separated entrance and bearing number 52.

The said block of garages, maisonettes and substation

formerly formed part of Government property, ex-

(2) A plot of land having an area of approximately 2,359

square metres forming part of Ta’ L-Istabar

Government Housing Estate, limits of Qormi, bounded

on the North by Triq Dun Gino Mangion, and on the

South and South-West by Triq il-}amsa u G]oxrin ta’

Mejju 1743, and which is edged red in plan no. 152/83/

The property described in the Schedule is hereby specified

for the purpose of article 12 of the Housing Authority Act.

The property specified in article 2 shall be transferred and

vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the article aforesaid

with effect from the day specified in the Schedule.

externally from a separate entrance numbered 25

to 36 in a public open space;

(b) the said 16 garages underlying the above-

mentioned maisonettes are all accessible from a

ramp leading to a common area each having a

separate entrance numbered separately 1 to 16;

(c) the substation is accessible from a separate

entrance.

The said whole block is bounded on the North-East,

South-East and North-West by government property,

and is built on land which is Government property

formerly forming part of ex-Services property No.

16488, as shown edged red on plan P.D. 148/99/3.

(2) A plot of land having an area of approximately 2,177.4

square metres forming part of Santa Lucia, Phase IV,

Government Housing Estate, limits of Santa Lucia,

28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42, 42A and 44

(b) the said garages are at basement level and at

common area which is accessible from Triq

(3) A plot of land having an area of approximately 153.56

square metres, known as Plot No. 93 in Triq Napuljun

Caruana Dingli, forming part of the Government

(5) A plot of land having an area of approximately 1,029

square metres, forming part of Ta’ Mliet Government

Housing Estate, Mosta, and bounded on the North by

property transferred to the Housing Authority, on the

South by Triq il-Waqqafa, and on the East by property

transferred to the Housing Authority, which land is

indicated edged red on P.D. 203/80/18. (HAM 103/88).

(6) A block consisting of 12 maisonettes and 36 garages at

Tas-Sag]jtar, limits of Naxxar. The said maisonettes

are all accessible separately from an external door

bearing numbers 1 to 12, situated in a public open

space. Garages numbered 13 to 36 have a separate

entrance from a common area, which area is accessible

from Triq i`-~iek and underlie in part the mentioned

maisonettes. The whole block is bounded on the

North-West by Triq l-G\akkies, on the South-West by

Triq il-Bra\il and on the South-East by Triq i`-~iek,

and is shown edged red on P.D. 142/81/26. (HAM 4/

(7) A block consisting of six maisonettes and six garages

at San {wann. The maisonettes are all accessible

separately from external doors numbered 22, 28, 34

and 36 in Triq i`-~awsli, and doors numbered 29 and

35 in Triq ir-Rummien. The garages are all accessible

separately from external doors numbered 1 to 6,

garages 24, 26, 30 and 32 being sited in Triq i`-~awsli

and garages 31 and 33 in Triq ir-Rummien and

underlying the said maisonettes. The block is bounded

on the North by Triq i`-~awsli, on the West by

property belonging to third parties, and on the South

by Triq ir-Rummien, and said boundaries also include

ramps leading to garages and front gardens all shown

(8) A plot of land having an area of approximately 137

square metres, forming part of the Government

(10) A block of building consisting of six maisonettes and

seven garages at Si[[iewi. The maisonettes are all

accessible separately from an external door numbered

1 to 6. Maisonettes numbered 1, 3, 7, 11 and 15 are

situated in Triq Kircher and maisonette numbered 33

in Triq Ta’ Brandin. The garages are all accessible

separately from an external door numbered 1 to 7.

Garages numbered 29, 31 and 35 are situated in Triq

Ta’ Brandin and garages numbered 5, 9, 13 and 17 are

situated in Triq Kircher and underlying the said

maisonettes. The said block has been erected on

Government property and is bounded on the North-
