The property described in the Schedule is hereby specified

for the purposes of article 12 of the Housing Authority Act.

The property specified in article 2 shall be transferred and

vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the article aforesaid

with effect from the day specified in the Schedule.

(1) A plot of land having an area of approximately 3,319

square metres, forming part of the Misrah Kola

Govemment Housing Estate, limits of Attard, bounded

on the North partly by Triq il-Kromb, partly by

Government property and other part by property

East by Triq ir-Ru\ell, and which is edged red and

marked K on L.D. 55/90/A. (HAP 124/80).

(2) A plot of land having an area of approximately 122.95

square metres, known as Plot No. 114 in Triq il-

Gladjoli, and forming part of the San {wann

(Neighbourhood II) Govemment Housing Estate,

limits of San {wann, bounded on the South by Triq il-

Gladjoli, on the East by property of A. Cassar, and on

the West by property of E. Attard Kingswell, on which

are built premises bearing Tenement number 65561,

Plot 114 known as “Jocare”, Triq il-Gladjoli, San

{wann and which is edged red and marked P. 114 on

L.D. 128/80/19. (HAP 4/2000).

(3) A garage bearing number 8, underlying Government

property (flats) at Entrance E, and forming part of a

building block known as Binja Vista (Block 2) in Triq

il-Konti G. A. Ciantar, Birkirikara, transferred by

Legal Notice No. 154/2000. The said garage is

accessible from an external door number 8 in the said

block and is bounded on the East by Triq il-Konti G.

A. Ciantar, and on the North and South by Government

property, and which is edged red on P.D. 184/92/6.

(4) A plot of land having an area of approximately 282.4

square metres forming part of the Fgura Govemment

Housing Estate, limits of Fgura, bounded on the North

by property of Paul Gatt, on the South by Triq

which is edged red on P.D. 151/83/4. (HAM 1932/

78A).
