The title of this Order is the Housing Authority (Transfer

of Assets) (2000) Order.

square metres forming part of Tal-Fuklar Government

Housing Estate, Attard, bounded on the North by Triq

(2) A plot of land having an area of approximately 176.48

square metres, known as Plot No. 67 in Triq il-Feni`i

and forming part of the Government Housing Estate,

limits of Qrendi, bounded on the North-East by Triq il-

2. With effect from the 21st February, 2000

Government Housing Estate, Attard, situated as

follows

Six of the said flats are accessible from an

internal door numbered 1 to 6 accessible from a

common entrance known as Entrance A in Block

The property described in the Schedule is hereby specified

for the purposes of article 12 of the Housing Authority Act.

The property specified in article 2 shall be transferred and

vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the article aforesaid

with effect from the day specified in the Schedule.
