The title of this Order is the Housing Authority (Transfer

of Assets) (1979) Order.

and appointed day

1. With effect from the 30th March, 1979

(a) Houses numbered 6, 17 and 20 at

tal-}awli

Government Housing Estate, Cospicua.

(b) House numbered 1, Dingli Cottage, Rabat Road,

Dingli including surrounding ground having an area of

approximately 412.4 m 2 bounded on the North-West

by Rabat Road, and on the South-East and South-West

by Government property and house numbered 2,

Dingli Cottage, Rabat Road, Dingli including

surrounding ground having an area of approximately

460.7 m 2 bounded on the North-West by Rabat Road

and on the South-East and South-West by Government

property.

(c) Houses numbered 143, 146, 147, 148 and 149 situated

at Government Housing Estate, Mosta.

(d) An area of land in the limits of Qrendi forming part of

the Qrendi Government Housing Estate consisting of

the plots in the said Estate known as Plots Nos. 52 and

53 having an area of approximately 380 m 2 bounded

on the North-East by Government property, on the

South-East by property of Saviour Mallia and on the

North-West by property of Rev. Raymond Ellul and

others.

(d) Houses numbered 1 and 3, in Block II, Luqa Road,

Tarxien.

(e) House numbered 6, marked "Josand",

Government Housing Estate, Ta’ Xbiex.

Houses numbered 47 to 76 and houses numbered 79 to

97, at the Government Housing Estate, }al-Mula,

(g) House marked "A", Peter Paul Saydon Street, |urrieq.

The property described in the Schedule is hereby specified

for the purposes of article 12 of the Housing Authority Act.

The property specified in article 2 shall be transferred and

vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the article aforesaid

with effect from the day specified in the Schedule.
