The title of this Order is the Housing Authority (Transfer

of Assets) (1996) Order.

Description of the property referred to in article 2

and appointed day

1. With effect from the 16th January, 1996

(1) An area of land forming part of the Bubaqra

Government Housing Estate at Triq l-Imtali, limits of

|urrieq, having an area of approximately 3,733 square

metres, bounded on the North by Triq San Porfirju, on

the South-East by Triq l-Arcipriet E. Mifsud and on

the West by Triq l-Imtali, edged green on L.D. 109/95/

(3) Two blocks of 20 maisonettes and 20 garages in Triq

South-East and South-West by a public road.

The other whole block of maisonettes and

garages numbered 5 to 20 mentioned above are

bounded all together on the North-East by Triq

il-Kosbor, North-West and South-West by a

public road.

These maisonettes Nos. 1 to 20 and garages Nos.

1 to 20 are shown edged red on Plan L.D. 37/89/

2. (4) A block consisting of 24 maisonettes/flats and 26

garages in Triq il-Mit]na l-{dida, Ta’ Pennellu

Housing Estate, which are situated as follows

(a) Two maisonettes/flats accessible from an

internal door numbered 1 and 2 having a

common entrance without a number in Triq

il-Muna. Three garages all accessible from a

separate external door unofficially numbered 1

to 3 in Triq il-Mit]na l-{dida, and underlying in

The whole block of maisonettes/flats numbered

1 to 24 and garages numbered 1 to 26 mentioned

above are all together bounded on the

North-East by Triq il-Mit]na l-{dida, on the

South-East by Triq il-Muna and on the

South-West by a public passage.

These maisonettes/flats numbered 1 to 24 and

garages numbered 1 to 26 are shown edged red

on plan L.D. 383/91/4.

(5) A block consisting of 32 maisonettes in Triq

il-Vanilja, Housing Estate, M[arr, which are situated

as follows

(a) 16 maisonettes all accessible from a separate

external door unofficially numbered 1 to 16 in

Triq il-Vanilja.

(b) 16 maisonettes all accessible from a separate

external door unofficially numbered 17 to 32 in

a street without name.

The whole block of maisonettes mentioned

above are bounded together on the South by Triq

il-Vanilja, on the North by a road and on the

West by Government property.

These maisonettes numbered 1 to 32 are shown

edged red on plan L.D. 168/88/7.

(6) A block consisting of five maisonettes and five

garages in Triq Achille Ferris, |ebbu[, Malta, which

are situated as follows

(a) Four maisonettes all accessible from a separate

external door unofficially numbered 1 to 4 in

Triq Achille Ferris. A garage accessible from a

(d) Three garages accessible from a separate

external door unofficially numbered 3 to 5 in a

street without name off Triq Achille Ferris and

underlying maisonette number 5.

The whole block of maisonettes and garages

mentioned above are bounded on the North-East

by Triq Achille Ferris, on the North-West by a

public road and on the South-East partly by

Government property and partly by property of

G. Bugeja.

These maisonettes numbered 1 to 5 and garages

numbered 1 to 5 are shown edged red on plan

L.D. 202/95.

(7) A block consisting of eight maisonettes and eight

garages in Triq Widnet il-Bahar, Nigret Housing

Estate, |urrieq, which are situated as follows

(a) Eight maisonettes all accessible from a separate

external door unofficially numbered 1 to 8 in

Triq Widnet il-Ba]ar, also including a front

garden consisting of stairs leading to the said

maisonettes.

(b) Eight underlying garages all accessible from a

separate external door unofficially numbered 1

to 8 in Triq Widnet il-Ba]ar, also including a

front garden consisting of a ramp leading to the

said garages.

The whole block of maisonettes and garages

mentioned above are bounded together on the

South-East by Triq Widnet il-Ba]ar, on the

South-West by property of Paul Farrugia and on

the North-East partly by property of Alfred

Farrugia, partly by property of Joseph Mary

Muscat and partly by property of Joseph and

Mary Carmen Micallef.

These maisonettes numbered 1 to 8 and garages

Birkirkara. situated as follows

(a) One block consists of eight flats and four
