(1988) ORDER

LEGAL NOTICES 2, 30, 49, 89 and 93 of 1988, consolidated.

The title of this Order is the Housing Authority (Transfer

of Assets) (1988) Order.

Description of the property referred to in article 2

and appointed day

1. With effect from the 5th January, 1988

House numbered 44, Tabia Road, Rabat, Malta.

2. With effect from the 29th February, 1988

(a) An area of land forming part of the G]arg]ur II

Government Housing Estate, limits of G]arg]ur,

consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot

Nos. 1 to 12 having an area of approximately 2517

square metres. bounded on the North-East by public

lane, South-West, South-East, and North-West by

Government property.

(b) The following land forming part of the Ta\-|okkrija

Government Housing Estate, limits of Mosta

(i)

An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 1 to 26 having an area

of approximately 4787 square metres. bounded

on the North-East, South-West and South-East

by Government property;

(ii)

An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 60 to 67, 80 to 84, 88

and 89, 93 to 95, 111 to 115, 157, 164 to 166,

174 to 176 and 198 having an area of

approximately 5833 square metres, bounded on

the North-East, South-West and East by

Government property;

square metres, bounded on the North-East, South

and South-East by Government property;

(iv) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 130 to 138, 141 to

145, 177 to 187 and 194 having an area of

approximately 5248 square metres, bounded on

the North, South, East and West by Government

property;

(v) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 121 to 129, 140, 146

to 154 and 168 having an area of approximately

3895 square metres, bounded on the North-West,

South-East and North-East by Government

property.

(c) An area of land forming part of the San Lawrenz

Government Housing Estate. limits of San Lawrenz,

Gozo, consisting of the plots in the said Estate known

as Plot Nos. 1 to 4 having an area of approximately

636 square metres, bounded on the North-West, South,

South-East and North-East by Government property.

3. With effect from the 6th May, 1988

(a) The following land forming part of the Pembroke

Phase III Government Housing Estate, limits of St.

Julians

(i)

An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 537 to 567 having an

area of approximately 5831.5 square metres

bounded on the North-East, South, East and

West by Government property;

(ii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 513 to 536 having an

area of approximately 5217 square metres

bounded on the North-East, South, East and

West by Government property;

(iii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 481 to 512 having an

area of approximately 5930 square metres

bounded on the North, South, East and West by

Government property;

(iv) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 452 to 480 having an

area of approximately 5530 square metres

bounded on the North, South, East and West by

Government property;

(v) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 259 to 281 having an

area of approximately 4287.5 square metres

(viii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 324 to 359 having an

area of approximately 6616 square metres

bounded on the North, South, East and West by

Government property;

(ix) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 360 to 409 having an

area of approximately 9017 square metres

bounded on the North, South, East and West by

Government property;

An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 410 to 412 and 441 to

443 having an area of approximately 1550

square metres bounded on the North, South, East

and West by Government property;

(xi)

An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 413 to 440 having an

area of approximately 5244 square metres

bounded on the North, South, East and West by

Government property;

(xii)

An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

Estate known as Plot Nos. 444 to 451 having an

area of approximately 1887 square metres

bounded on the North, South, East and West by

Government property.

(b) An area of land forming part of the Santa Lucia Phase

IV Government Housing Estate, Santa Lucia,

consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot

Nos. 80 to 89 having an area of approximately 1921

square metres, bounded on the North-East, South-East

and North-West by Government property.

(c) An area of land forming part of the |abbar Tal-Plier

Government Housing Estate, limits of |abbar,

consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot

Nos. 10 to 14 having an area of approximately 906

square metres, bounded on the North-East, South-East

and South-West by Government property.

The property described in the Schedule is hereby specified

for the purposes of article 12 of the Housing Authority Act.

The property specified in article 2 shall be transferred and

vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the article aforesaid

with effect from the day specified in the Schedule.
