(1987) ORDER
11th March, 1987
LEGAL NOTICES 23, 30, 35, 58, 62 and 72 of 1987, consolidated.
The title of this Order is the Housing Authority (Transfer
of Assets) (1987) Order.

Description of the property referred to in article 2
and appointed day
1. With effect from the 11th March, 1987
(a) House numbered 2, Gardenia Street, Neighborhood 1,
Housing Estate, Santa Lucia;
(b) House numbered 55, Fikus Street, Housing Estate,
|abbar;
(c) House numbered 24, Ferdinando Falzon Street,
|urrieq;
(d) House numbered 1 in Area 2, Housing Estate, now also
known as William H. Prescott Street, Ta’ {iorni.
2. With effect from the 30th March, 1987
(a) An area of land forming part of the Fgura Government
Housing Estate (Near School), limits of Fgura,
consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot
Nos. 74 to 82 having an area of approximately 1566
square metres, bounded on the North, South and West
by Government property.
(b) An area of land forming part of the Gudja
(Tal-Mit]na) Government Housing Estate, limits of
Gudja, additional to Plot No. 70 in the said Estate
having an area of approximately 20 square metres
bounded on the North by properly of the Housing
Authority and South and South-West by public roads.
(c) The following land forming part of the Mosta
HOUSING AUTHORITY (TRANSFER OF ASSETS) (1987)
(Tal-Blata l-G]olja) Government Housing Estate,
limits of Mosta
(i)
An area of land consisting of the plots in the said
Estate known as Plot Nos. 1 to 8 having an area
of approximately 2521 square metres bounded
on the North-West, South-East and North-East
by Government property;
(ii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said
Estate known as Plot Nos. 9 to 16 having an area
of approximately 2387 square metres bounded
on the North-East, South-West and South-East
by Government property;
(iii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said
Estate known as Plot Nos. 17 to 24 having an
area of approximately 2293 square metres
bounded or the North-East, South-West and
South-East by Government property;
(iv) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said
Estate known as Plot Nos. 25 to 42 having an
area of approximately 5769 square metres

area of approximately 5170 square metres
bounded on the North by a public road,
South-East and West by Government property;
(ii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said
Estate known as Plot Nos. 146 to 159 having an
area of approximately 4173 square metres
bounded on the North, South and East by
Government property;
(iii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said
Estate known as Plot Nos. 160 to 171 having an
area of approximately 3685 square metres

approximately 225.5 square metres, bounded on
the North by property of Salvina Marguerat,
South and West by public roads;
(ii)
An area of land consisting of the plots in the said
Estate known as Plot Nos. 21 to 24 having an
area of approximately 656 square metres,
bounded on the North, East and West by public
roads.
(b) The following land forming part of the Tal-{ibjun
Government Housing Estate, limits of |urrieq
(i)
An area of land consisting of the plots in the said
Estate known as Plot Nos. 1 to 7 having an area
of approximately 1696 square metres bounded
on the North-West, South-West and North-East
by Government property;
(ii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said
Estate known as Plot Nos. 8 to 14 having an area
of approximately 1664 square metres bounded
on the North-West, South-West and North-East
by Government property;
(iii) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said
Estate known as Plot Nos. 15 to 21 having an
area of approximately 1680 square metres
bounded on the North-East, South-West and
South-East by Government property;
(iv) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said

(c) A first-floor flat at premises numbered 19, St Luke’s
Street, Paola.
(d) House numbered 105 in the Government Housing
Estate, |ejtun.
The property described in the Schedule is hereby specified
for the purposes of article 12 of the Housing Authority Act.
The property specified in article 2 shall be transferred and
vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the article aforesaid
with effect from the day specified in the Schedule.
With effect from the 28th July, 1987
(a) An area of land forming part of the Santa Lucia
Government Housing Estate Neighborhood II Phase
II), Santa Lucia, consisting of the plot in the said
Estate known as Plot No. 112 having an area of
approximately 191 square metres, bounded on the
North-West and South-West by public roads and
South-East by Government property.
(b) A first-floor maisonette at premises "Thomas",
Fishermen’s Dwelling, Marsaxlokk quay, Marsaxlokk.
(c) A ground-floor flat at premises numbered Block A3
Flat 2, Ta’ Pennellu Housing Estate, Mellie]a.
With effect from the 12th October, 1987
(a) House numbered 4, Medlar Avenue, San {wann.
(b) House numbered 21, Government Housing Estate,
Si[[iewi.
With effect from the 15th December, 1987
(a) The following land forming part of the Gudja Ta’
Xlejli Government Housing Estate, limits of Gudja
(i)
An area of land consisting of the plots in the said
Estate known as Plot Nos. 9 to 13 having an area
of approximately 1,667 square metres bounded
on the North and West by Government property
and on the East by public land;
(ii)
An area of land consisting of the plot in the said
Estate known as Plot No. 47 having an area of
approximately 843 square metres bounded on the
North, East and West by Government property.
(b) An area of land forming part of the Misrah Kola
Government Housing Estate, limits of Attard,
consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot
Nos. 66 to 69 having an area of approximately 1,420
square metres, bounded on the North, South and
