TRANSFER OF RIGHTS AND LIABILITIES

OF THE COMMISSIONER OF LAND ORDER

1st January, 1992

The title of this Order is Transfer of Rights and Liabilities

of the Commissioner of Land Order.

Descriptions

I.

As from 1st January, 1992

(1) An area of land including any buildings thereon at Mosta

shown bordered in red on plan L.D. 1/92.

(2) The areas of land including any buildings thereon at Qormi

marked A, B. C and D, and shown bordered in red on plan L.D. 2/

92. (3) An area of land including any buildings thereon at Attard

shown bordered in red on plan L.D. 3/92.

(4) An area of land including any buildings thereon at San

Lawrenz, Gozo, shown bordered in red on plan L.D. 4/92.

(5) An area of land including any buildings thereon at San

{wann shown bordered in red on plan L.D. 6/92.

(6) An area of land including any buildings thereon at Marsa

shown bordered in red on plan L.D. 7/92.

(7) An area of land including any buildings thereon at |ejtun

shown bordered in red on plan L.D. 8/92.

(8) The areas of land including any buildings thereon at }al-

Far, limits of Bir\ebbu[ia, shown bordered in red on plan L.D. 9/

92. Plans L.D. 1/92, L.D. 2/92 and L.D. 3/92 are enrolled in

the acts of Notary Vincent Miceli by deed number 7 of 1992 dated

15th January, 1992 whilst plans L.D. 4/92, L.D. 6/92, L.D. 7/92,

L.D. 8/92 and L.D. 9/92 are enrolled in the acts of Notary Vincent

Miceli by deed number 116 of 1992 dated 30th March, 1992.

(9) An area of land including any building built thereon at Safi

shown bordered in red on plan L.D. 177/93, which plan is enrolled

in the acts of Notary Vincent Miceli by virtue of deed dated 13th

October, 1993.

limits of Bir\ebbu[ia, shown bordered in red on plan L.D. 9/92/4.

(5) An area of land including any buildings thereon at

Ricasoli, limits of Kalkara, shown bordered in red on plan L.D. 5/

92. Plans L.D. 9/92/1, L.D. 9/92/2 L.D. 9/92/3 and L.D. 9/92/4

are enrolled in the acts of Notary Vincent Miceli by virtue of deed

dated 30th April, 1993. Plan L.D. 10/92 is enrolled in the acts of

plan was enrolled in the acts of Notary Vincent Miceli on the 7th

May, 1997.

An area of land, including any building built thereon, at Xewkija,

Gozo, shown bordered in red on plan L.D. No 12/97, which plan is

enrolled in the acts of Notary Vincent Miceli by virtue of deed

dated 7th May, 1997.

V.

15th February, 1999

An area of land, including any building built thereon, at Kirkop,

shown bordered in blue and green on plan L.D. No 100/87/1/B,

which plan is enrolled in the acts of Notary Vincent Miceli by

virtue of deed dated 3rd February, 1999.

VI.

1st November, 1999

An area of land, including any building built thereon, at Kirkop,

shown bordered in red on plan L.D. 180/99, which plan is enrolled

in the acts of Notary Vincent Miceli by virtue of deed dated 26th

October, 1999.

VII. 1st September, 2001

An area of land, including any building thereon at }al Far, limits

of Bir\ebbu[a, shown bordered in red on Plan P.D.9/92/6, which

plan is enrolled in the acts of Notary Vincent Miceli by virtue of a

deed dated 7th August, 2001.

VIII. 1st December, 2001

An area of land, including any building thereon at }al Far, limits

of Bir\ebbu[a, shown bordered in red on L.D. Plan P.D.68/81/31,

which plan is enrolled in the acts of Notary Vincent Miceli by

virtue of a deed dated 16th December, 1996.

IX.

25th March, 2003

An area of land, including any building thereon, at Marsa, shown

bordered in red on plan P.D. No. 45/2002/1, which plan is enrolled

in the Acts of Notary Vincent Miceli by virture of deed dated 25th

March, 2003.

X.

13th May, 2003

An area of land, including any building thereon, at Luqa, shown

bordered in red on plan P.D. No. 115/2002, which plan is enrolled

in the acts of Notary Vincent Miceli by virture of deed dated 7th

November, 2002.

XI.

9th September, 2003

An area of land at Kirkop, shown bordered in red on plan L.D.

No. 220/99, which plan is enrolled in the Acts of Notary Vincent

Miceli by virture of deed dated 9th September, 2003.

XII. 9th September, 2004

The land referred to in article 2 of this order consists of an area

of land at Marsa, shown bordered in red on plan P.D. No. 38/93/B,

which plan is enrolled in the Acts of Notary Vincent Miceli by

virtue of deed dated 17th September, 2004.

XIII. 15th September, 2004

The land referred to in article 2 of this order consists of an area

of land, including any building thereon, at }al Far, shown bordered

in red on plan P.D. No. 63/81/35 which plan is enrolled in the Acts

of Notary Vincent Miceli by virtue of deed dated 28th September,

2004.

The land described in the Schedule to this Order is hereby

specified for the purpose of article 2 of the Commissioner of Land

Ordinance.

The rights and liabilities in respect of the land specified in

article 2 of this Order shall with effect from the dates specified in

the Schedule to this Order be exercised by Malta Industrial Parks

Limited (C 28965) as provided in the said article.
