LEGAL NOTICE 39 of 2023.

The title of this order is Tarġa Square (Special

Designated Area) Order.

Tarġa Square, consisting of immovable property situated

in the area bordered in red in the Land Registry Plan annexed to this

order, is hereby designated as a Special Designated Area for the

purposes of the Immovable Property (Acquisition by Non-Residents)

Act.

Tarġa Square shall be added to the List of Scheduled

Zones in the First Schedule to the Immovable Property (Acquisition by

Non-Residents) Act.
