LEGAL NOTICE 260 of 2022.

The title of this order is the Portomaso Extension II, St

Julians (Designated Special Area) Order.

Portomaso Extension II, St Julians consisting of

immovable property situated in the area bordered in red in the Land

Registry Plan annexed to this order, is hereby designated as a

Designated Special Area for the purposes of the Immovable Property

(Acquisition by Non-Residents) Act.

Portomaso Extension II, St Julians shall be added to the

List of Scheduled Zones in the First Schedule to the Immovable

Property (Acquisition by Non-Residents) Act.
