The title of this order is The Quad Business Towers,

Mrieħel, Extension I (Special Designated Area) Order.

The Quad Business Towers, Mrieħel, Extension I,

consisting of immovable property situated in the area bordered in red

in the Land Registry Plan annexed to this order, is hereby designated

as a Special Designated Area for the purposes of the Immovable

Property (Acquisition by Non-Residents) Act.

The Quad Business Towers, Mrieħel, Extension I shall be

added to the List of Scheduled Zones in the First Schedule to the

Immovable Property (Acquisition by Non-Residents) Act.
