(SPECIAL DESIGNATED AREA) ORDER

LEGAL NOTICE 181 of 2018.

The title of this order is the Southridge, Mellieħa

(Special Designated Area) order.

Southridge, Mellieħa consisting of immovable property

situated in the area bordered in red in the Land Registry Plan annexed

to this Order, is hereby designated as a Special Designated Area for the

purposes of the Immovable Property (Acquisition by Non-Residents).

Southridge, Mellieħa shall be added to the List of

Scheduled Zones in the First Schedule to the Immovable Property

(Acquisition by Non-Residents) Immovable Property (Acquisition by

Non-Residents) Act.
