LEGAL NOTICE 349 of 2017.

The title of this order is the Quad Business Towers

(Designated Special Area) Order.

The Quad Business Towers, Mrieħel consisting of

immovable property situated in the area bordered in red in the Land

Registry Plan annexed to this order, is hereby designated as a

Designated Special Area for the purposes of the Immovable Property

(Acquisition by Non-Residents).

The Quad Business Towers, Mrieħel shall be added to the

List of Scheduled Zones in the First Schedule to the Immovable

Property (Acquisition by Non-Residents) Immovable Property

(Acquisition by Non-Residents) Act.
