(Designated Special Area) Order.

Metropolis Plaza, Gzira consisting of immovable property

situated in the area bordered in red in the Land Registry Plan

annexed to this Order, is hereby designated as a Designated Special

Area for the purposes of the Immovable Property (Acquisition by

No n-Resi den ts) Im mo va bl e Prop ert y (A cq uisi ti on b y No n-

Residents) Act.

Metropolis Plaza, Gzira shall be added to the List of

Scheduled Zones in the First Schedule to the Immovable Property

(Acquisition by Non-Residents) Immovable Property (Acquisition

by Non-Residents) Act.
