LEGAL NOTICE 131 of 2008.

The title of this Order is the Kempinski Residences, San

Lawrenz, Gozo (Designated Special Area) Order.

Kempinski Residences, San Lawrenz, Gozo consisting of

immovable property situated in the area bordered in red in the Land

Registry Plan annexed to this Order, is hereby designated as a

Designated Special Area for the purposes of the Immovable

Property (Acquisition by Non-Residents) Immovable Property

(Acquisition by Non-Residents) Act.

Kempinski Residences, San Lawrenz, Gozo shall be added

to the List of Scheduled Zones in the First Schedule to the

Immovable Property (Acquisition by Non-Residents) Immovable

Property (Acquisition by Non-Residents) Act.
